Jhudoras Clouds is a Neopets help and graphics site. In addition to that, we threw in our anime section, composed simply of anime graphics.

Founded by Emma, we've been online since the middle of 2006, making graphics for Neopets users. We're growing, and always developing, so perhaps this is just the beginning stage of JC' lifetime.
